a C++ library for (probabilistic) graphical models
aGrUM a GRaphical Universal Model

Presentation

aGrUM is a C++ library designed for easily building applications using graphical models such as Bayesian networks, influence diagrams, decision trees, GAI networks or Markov decision processes. It is written to provide the basic building blocks to perform the following tasks :

  • graphical model learning / elicitation,
  • inference within the graphical model,
  • planification.

User Manual

Technical topics (Technical topics, including Build System) and theoretical topics (Theoretical topics) document the library module by module; the Howtos walk through concrete tasks step by step.

Reference Manual

The full API reference: namespaces (starting at gum), concepts and classes, browsable from the Reference Manual tab above.

Appendices

The Appendices tab above lists every source file. The deprecated API elements and the open todo items are listed alongside the Howtos, in the User Manual's left-hand tree.
