Class representing k-order dynamic Bayesian networks (k-DBN).
A gum::KTBN stores a compact template of \(k\) consecutive time slices that fully characterizes a (time-homogeneous) k-order dynamic Bayesian network. It can be unrolled into a standard gum::BayesNet for any number of time slices.
